Changing the Time on the Omega Voice Mail
System
Manual
changes are required to update these systems. The instructions below affect the
Voice Mail clock only.
1.
Lift the handset
2.
Dial the number to access voice mail (usually 54)
3.
Wait for the automated attendant greeting to start
4.
Press #
5.
Enter the administrators mailbox number (usually 400, but may also be 250
or 600 )
6.
Enter passcode for that mailbox (the passcode is always the same as
the mailbox number)
7.
Press 4 for system management
8.
Press 5 to access the system time
9.
Press 1 to play the system time -or-
Press 2 to set the system time
10.
Enter the current time of day using the 24-hour clock format (if 8:05am, enter
0805; if 5:05pm, enter 1705)
