These instructions change the time on the phone system only.  The time should be changed either at the end of the business day on Friday, or first thing Monday morning.

1-      From an attendant phone (this is usually the main answering phone or receptionist).

            NOTE: If your phone has an OPT button (when you pick up the handset, your phone selects a line for

           you)     press the "ICM" button at this time.  If you have to select a line manually, disregard the portion and

           continue to number2.     

2-      Press FEAT

3-      Press SPKR

4-      Press  3  (says: current time  HHMM)

5-      Enter current time of the day using the 24-hour clock format (if 8:05 am, enter 0805 -- if 5:05 pm, enter

          1705)

6-      Hang up

          The time should be corrected on all phones.
