Subject: Procedure to change time on ZTS phones.
The change of the time for Daylight Savings Time requires you to reprogram your telephone to the correct time.  The changing of the time must be done from the main operator's extension (ext. 20)
1-      Lift handset (DO NOT TRY TO GET AN OUTSIDE LINE/DIAL TONE)
1A-    *If your phone has and OPT button (when you pick up the handset, your phone selects a line for you) press the "ICM" button at this time.  If you have to select a line manually, disregard this portion and continue to number 2.

2-      Press FEAT

3-      Press  #

4-      Press  2

5-      Enter current time in military time  (military ex.: 1300 for 1 p.m.)

6-      Hang up

The time should be corrected on all phones.
