NEW ORLEANS, LA – September 9, 2025 – Electrical Sales Corporation (ESC) has appointed Tave Fitzpatrick as Chief Operating Officer, marking the next step in ESC’s growth strategy following its third-generation ownership transition earlier this year.

Fitzpatrick brings a rare combination of experience from both sides of the managed services world. He helped build Bellwether Technology from startup to regional MSP, then went on to lead IT operations at major enterprises, including Noranda Alumina, Cornerstone Chemical, and, most recently, Acme Truck Line.

“I’ve had the unique experience of building an MSP from the ground up, then spending years as the customer who depends on those services,” said Fitzpatrick. “That perspective has shown me exactly what businesses need—and too often aren’t getting—from their technology partners.”

Fitzpatrick has also seen how private equity rollups and acquisitions are reshaping the industry. “With private equity consolidations reshaping the industry, small businesses that once had direct relationships with their MSP now find themselves routed to call centers. The responsiveness they valued has disappeared,” he explained.

Fitzpatrick will refine and run ESC’s IT managed service practice.
